Wanna Learn Wordpress

I really do. As what I've heard, this is the blog interface that most of the successful bloggers are using. I am very much willing but for someone who's been using blogger for the longest time (since 2004), it's kinda hard for me to adapt to it. I don't know how to customize themes, don't know how to get my own domain for a cheaper price. As to what I've learned, if you host your domain with wordpress, it would cost you $18 as opposed to blogger which only costs me $10 per year. Well I know you have an option to get other hosting applications but I hate complication. I want to make it as simple as possible so I guess for the meantime I'll stick with blogger. Will try to learn wordpress little by little but I don't want to stress myself and have an information overload. For now, I would be sticking with my current blogs. The last time I checked, I had 38 blogs all in all! Phew! But most of them are either not updated or no content at all. I promise to make this as a daily habit which will also be a preparation for my next journey. Well, if God permits to send my hubby as a seaman, I would soon quit my current job and fulfill my dream to be a work at home professional. In that way, I can manage both my time and my finances. As you all know, I am working in a Call Center and normally our shift starts at night. It would be safer and more practical to just earn at home. Maybe not that much but also less expenses. For now, I have a six month plan and that is to save and save until I can fully pay my house. Till next entry. :)

STAGNANT

Wasn't able to blog for almost a year here. Wasn't able to earn even a penny since the last time I blogged. I don't know what happened but I lost interest and I lost the drive to earn online again. I am not afraid to share my failures because only by then would I be able to share my ups and downs to my readers and that same confession would help me get back on my feet and try and try and try again. I remember blogging about four years ago about my dream of being a work at home professional. Being able to work online at home and being a big time blogger...I still have that dream but it shrinked dramatically since then. Everything is really my fault, I let myself be stagnant...not allowing myself to learn other tricks and other ways on how to make money online. I feel  that my mind could only understand a certain strategy and it would be harder for me to analyze other tricks but I know that was wrong. Everyone of us need to learn, need to advance as time passes. Don't ever let yourself be stagnant for a period of time. That is deadly. Now I am slowly reviving back my passion to blog and to write about my experiences and I hope this time I won't fail anymore.

Blog Experiment

In my plan of starting a new strategy when it comes to making money through blogs... I deleted some old posts I have in here regarding my online income. Sure I have my own share of successes and failures when it comes to this money making venture but I would like to experiment on different things. Right now, I am deleting some old sponsored posts on my other blogs. In that way, I could track what keywords are really giving me an audience so I could optimize it. At first I thought I can live with no page rank and no visitors...advertisers pay me anyway. But what I didn't realize is the potential income I could get by just making sure everything in my blogs are in order. I would try to organize my 20 blogs one by one and post some fresh articles. I am planning of hiring two of my officemates as an Associate Bloggers so I could save some time and so I could also help them and inform them on several ways on how to start making money online. This is a two month plan and I hope through this experiment, all my blogs would have a decent page rank and visitors. I would update you once in a while about whats going on with these experiment.

How To: BLOGGER

A lot of my friends and family members are asking me on how I make money by just writing articles. Some thought it's too good to be true and some even thought I am just making that up. Some of my friends always ask me some how to blogger questions but I really cant say anything much because I'm not improving. What they don't know is that there are multiple income stream on the internet, all you just need to do is research and learn. I admit, I am not earning that much this year compared to my first year in the business. I find it ironic as I know much more this time with regards to blogging than five or six years ago. But the main question is...why am I not improving. Simple...consistency. I lack consistency. I am not afraid to tell my readers about what's going on with my blogging career as I know if I share it with you...you will learn from my mistakes. I haven't blogged for a month or two already. I lack discipline and is only writing articles especially if I would get paid to it. My passion in writing has diminished and was replaced by my passion to earn lots of money. In effect, I am here...merely getting $40 a month for blog article writing. I don't know if I still have the right to post anything in here as I have been a failure...but I know that while we are still alive, there is still hope. So I am doing the hardest first step again in my blogging career...I want to start anew. I want to be as passionate in writing as I was seven years ago. I hope you would still continue to support me in this online journey. I would try one more time and I pray that in a couple of weeks...I could share with you some good news.

Excited to Blog Again

Hey everyone! How's your new year? I hope you had a great one. Well, here I am again changing the theme of this blog. I'm happy to inform you that I am now back in blogging. I've realized that there is no good in procastinating, hoping for bigger and brighter blogging opportunity without doing anything about it. So I am happy to inform you that in addition to my existing ten blogs, I have added two more. One is about cheap travel in the Philippines and another one is a food blog. I am still planning of managing another blog for current events but I guess I would use one of my existing blogs for it, I'll just change the format and the theme. So far so good, I have been working on my blogs this January so I think I again give you some insight on how much I earn for a particular month, just like before. I would like my readers to be inspired and learn from my mistakes. I would like to answer some how to blogger questions and I want to be an inspiration to others. Don't worry, I'll gonna guide you though each and every step. For now, I'm still improving my blogs so I hope next month, when I post my monthly earnings, I can see the difference. Enjoy reading!

Im Optimistic!

Hello everybody! I hope all of you are in good shape and are as optimistic as I am for the year 2010. I am full of energy and I wanted to share with you all the things the keeps me busy these past few weeks.

I told you before that things are really not going well when it comes to my online raket, well you won't believe it. Just recently, I tried logging in to my account for xxx and I can't believe my eyes as I was given ten review tasks. I also checked xxx and I got 3! It was an overwhelming experience. Just when you feel that everything's falling apart and you're at the end of your rope... things like these happens. I 'm so glad that God did'nt permit me to lose hope and forget about my online job.


I've checked on my PR as I don't know why these companies started giving me review tasks after so many weeks with no opps and I to my surprise, I saw a green bar at the top of my two blogs. Master G gave me PR3 for my personal blog and my health blog, yehey! I also got PR1 for my hobby blog and my advice portal. I just love it! The opportunites are pouring and would you believe that I got myself an assistant writer? Yup, I now have my own assistant as I really can't handle maintaining more than ten blogs with tons of review tasks. Most of the review tasks I have expired just like that as I can't attend to it anymore. So as to make sure that I attend to each and every task that was given to me... I hired Badz, my friend Melai's sister to help me out with some of it. Could you imagine, I now have an employee?! lol. I intend to give her a third of what I was supposed to earn from that task. I also asked her to be a contributor to my five blogs so it could be updated every week. I am still on the testing process so I just hope everything would be just as what I want it to be.

updates! updates!

Good day! I want to give you some updates on what happened to me those past few weeks and what decisions we've made with regards to our small biz:

1) we just decided to call it off...why? First, the owner did not give in to our request of cutting P500 off the rent. We also studied the feasibility of a food business and surveyed the area where we'll gonna put it up and verified that since it is a residential area and the place is not really crowded with people, we might fail.

2) My SSS salary loan application is still pending and I HATE IT! Thought I already was able to pay in full the remaining balance I have, it took sometime for them to post it on my account... and my first loan application was denied because of that. It was supposed to be an additional capital for the biz.


3) I also does'nt have the time and the energy to start such a strenuous activity. Things are not going really well in the office lately. The company has so many new policies and I really feel kind'a stressed out and it burns out all my energies. I really feel this is not the best time for us to venture into a new business.

4) Last but not the least, my sister who is the owner of the house we live in is coming home for a vacation along with her family. As you all know, my sister is the one paying for the house rent. She asked us to take care of her house and her things and in return, she will be the one to pay for the house rent of P5,500/month. Since she is coming back from Singapore on December... I am not so sure if she is still willing to pay for our house bills as our landlord told us she will increase our rent. If her decision would be to stop paying for the rent, I don't think I would still. Besides the fact that the house is 3 rides away from where I presently work, I think buying my own house would be a more logical option - I would just need to apply for a Pag-ibig Housing Loan.

I know I tend to change my mind so easily. I guess I'm a compulsive type of person and I don't really think very well before I come up to a decision. It's a good thing that I can "think aloud" through this blog. All I plan to do right now is to focus on my blogs and to my online job so I can save enough money and be my own boss in 2012.

I would write about my online job on my next post. Seems everything is back to normal now as I am already receiving a lot of review tasks. Will keep up updated, till next time!

NEW BLOG EARNER

Do you know that I almost lost my hope in earning money online and is on the brink of giving up this blog? This feeling of discouragement started when I lost my PR on my main blog and started getting fewer reviews opps. It's because the main THEME of this site is to show everyone how to earn money through blogging - and I felt, I failed. Well, I still get some review opps but my income is not as high as what I used to get last year. I only get around 4-5 thousand pesos monthly which I feel is just okey but still fall short of my target monthly blogging income. But it's a good thing that I came into realization that this is the perfect time to blog about the ups and downs of a blogger's life. It's not always sunny day and we should always stand to our feet quickly whenever we fall...as one noble man said " ONE WHO FEARS FAILURE LIMITS HIS ACTIVITIES. FAILURE IS THE ONLY OPPORTUNITY TO MORE INTELLIGENTLY BEGIN AGAIN...". And so here I am...taking my chances again and creating 7 more exciting blogs and I hope this time - there would be nowhere to go with my online venture but upward. Amen!

Ive learned so many things about the do's and dont's of writing a niche blog, how to get a high PR and how to maintain it. BALANCE is the key word. I would also show you some articles on how to get extra income, where to get part time jobs and recent job openings especially in the call center industry. Everything about earning and money - BLOGEARNER would have it all.

Hopefully I can make this blog as user friendly as possible as I intend to reach out to Filipino people who wants to earn money fast online to support their family. It is really possible to earn money at home through blogging. I would like to help young people who wasnt able to finish their studies because of poverty, people who lost their jobs, and people who wants to be a stay at home professionals, like me.

A Realization

Opportunity knocks only once - and if faith allows you to have one...never let it fly away. I knew that fully well - only after I missed the chance. I learned about earning money through blogging from my former officemate Joedel and at first...I really earned a lot. Maybe because I already have a PR3 blog at that time before I've learned that I could monetize my blogs. But things changed when I lost my PR - opportunities became fewer to the point that I am only getting one opp for the whole week. I lost hope...I became lenient and really lost my hope of getting more opps which prompts me to just write whenever needed especially if I won a bid over an opps. I've learned that when things get worse - that's the time you work double time.

Now I'm back. I want to be a better blogger or should I say a better person. I am now willing to get back all the things I've lost. I will work extra hard this time and my goal is to save for my future business venture through my online earnings... I would like to retire within the next three years and I need to have enough savings to start a new life. I promise myself I would work extra hard this time... I wont wait until tomorrow for things I could do today. I hope you could walk with me through this new journey and I hope I could give you better ideas on how to earn money online!

UPs and DOWNs in a BLOGGERS LIFE

Good day everyone! Sorry if I was'nt able to post anything for almost 3 weeks now. It's just that there comes a time in a blogger's life that he or she becomes unmotivated. Yeah, I've been through a tough time lately. It's nothing personal but it concerns my money making experiments. Currently, I am managing a total of 4 blogs... all of those have their own .COM domains, things are really working fine but since "the master" slapped my PR and left me with one PR1 blog domain...I started questioning and asked myself if I would continue this money making experiment of mine. I can't see the logic why "the master" punishes paid to post blog as it's just a kind of advertisement for all and I don't understand why paid to post site would only give out opportunities to those high PR blogs. I believe they do have their own explanations for that, I'm kind'a frustrated on how things are going lately. I know this is just a phase I think most of the bloggers experience, there are times when opps are overflowing...there are times, you can't even grab one. I just hope the trend would change and I could revive back my PRs soon. In as much as I want to forget about PR, those paid to post site seems much interested on those sites than those with none. Of course, I still manage to get some opportunities and still manage to post at least one entry a day but it should have been more if my blogs have hight PRs. So, to address this...I started working overtime and created 4 more niche blogs...one is a health site, another is a beauty portal, a food blog and a showbiz portal. I hope my ventures with my 4 new blogs would be as successful as (or even more than) the previous 4 blogs I own. And with regards to my PR's... well I think I need to study about SEO further. If there is any school that offers such course, I would definitely enroll. There are a lot of opportunities on the net and all of these little frustrations and hardships plus some sleepless nights are nothing compared to the amount of money you could earn and the fulfillment it would give you because of doing the thing you love to do- BLOGGING. So to my dear readers... I am back! Now with high hopes and positive outlook to provide you bits and information about how to make money online the "blog earner's" way.

How It All Started

The door of opportunity was opened for me the day I was able to chat with my good friend Joedel , he is my former officemate at this website company that features everything about sports and hobbies (snorkeling, etc) He is my seatmate and we would normally talk about how we want to earn extra as our salary from that company is not enough. We would often chat about the pleasures of having to work from home without the husless and bussles of manila traffic – being able to manage your own time, having more time with family and other recreational activities – not having a very authoritative superior (like what we had at that time, lol) and just taking full control of your life. We would normally exchange ideas until it’s time for me to leave the company due to personal and monetary reasons. I can’t work in a company that pays so little and what’s worse - makes me feel unappreciated. I took a job in a call center and was very happy that I did.

Anyways, after a long time without communication, I was able to chat with Joedel. I’ve learned that he already resigned from our previous company and is very happy with his decision. He mentioned earning money online and told me that he is now working at home. I was so happy that he is able to do those things we thought would only be a dream. He thought me how he did’nt walked me through it as my work schedule is mostly on graveyard shift. I’ve learned everything I know about paid blogging through my own research which worked for my advantage. I’ve searched for different websites that tackles such subjects but was’nt able to find a one stop site that would give me a step by step instruction on how I could start doing it. I’m fortunate that I am already maintaining a blog for years before I learned about this scheme…but for those people who are not really familiar on how a blog works and how to start getting one… I bet you’ll gon’na need to travel a rough road.

This is the aim of this site, to give each and everyone of us an opportunity to earn extra. In our present situation – simultaneous oil price increase, rice issues, unemployment –we need to look for an extra source of income to meet the needs of our family. With just about 1 to 2 hours a day in front of your computer – you could earn a certain amount of money enough to pay your monthly utility bills, enough to cover your daily transportation or food budget or even earn enough for you to quit your full time job! Introduction

Hi there, thank you for visiting site. I am a Filipina, working in a call center and a part time blogger. I blog about everything that catches my attention for fun and for money as well. I started making money through my blogs December of 2007 – 3 months after I bought a second hand computer from a friend. I really don’t have a plan of buying one, it’s just so happen that a former officemate and a friend told me through yahoo messenger that he already quit his job from my previous company to pursue being a work at home professional. I got curious. He said that he would teach me how to do it but first I need to have a computer and a reliable dsl connection.

I used to work for a website company for three months and I was able to meet a friend who later introduced me to this scheme on the net in which i could earn a few dollars just by posting reviews for a particular product. i am such a tech novice and it took me a month to finally figure out how i could do it. good thing i already have an existing blog using a free blogspot domain – www.melai22.blogspot.com (and it does have a PR3 at that time). I started blogging at that site since 2004 as my college buddies (Ruthie aka angelofthewaters and Malen aka mynosebleed) told me to create one. I don’t know what a blog means at that time and they just said that it’s an online diary. They said it’s a way for us to update each other with what is happening in our lives even though we don’t get to see each other that much.

I started creating my first blog entry on July 15,2004 and I remember blogging about how I want to turn my blog as a way of reaching out to others and glorifying God through it followed by a very personal blog entry (all about my new boyfriend at that time – which is still the present love of my life)…that’s it. Nothing much. I don’t even know at that time how I could reach out to others through it because I am just putting in my daily life activities and how in love I am with my boyfriend. Only now did I realize that it’s a preparation for a bigger purpose – it’s one simple way of familiarizing myself with the blogger software how a blog works. As of this time, I am managing 4 different sites (plus of course this one). 3 of which I am currently earning a minimum of php 4,000 monthly (for each) and is still expecting an increase of income by joining other programs.

I put up this blog to help people know the in’s and out’s of making money online from a novice’s point of view. I want ordinary people to understand how I’ve learned about it and how I manage to understand the process. One don’t need to be a computer wiz nor a master of the English language to earn money through online blogging (hey, look at my grammar, it’s horrible haha). All you just need to have is a very positive attitude and heart that is willing to learn.
